Should you notice a shipping error, you must notify customer service within 48 hours of shipment delivery at (phone or mail address). Business hours are Mon~Fri 10AM-6PM Pacific Time (excluding select Holidays).
Returns must be received within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund. Returns that do not meet our policy and/or received not in its original condition won't be refundable. Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted. An e-mail notification will be sent to you once your return has been received and processed along with your credit information.
Returns are processed within 1-5 business days from the date of package arrival. Please note, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. Taravao does not supply return labels or refund shipping costs. Returns must be in original condition accompanied with all original packaging and invoice. Shoe returns must be made with original shoebox in original condition without damage to the box. Do not use shoeboxes as packaging for a return. Taravao will not accept any items returned with obvious signs of wear and cannot accommodate damages after wear or improper care.
Please be sure to include your order number and name on the outside of your return package. Your original invoice with the return items marked must be included inside your return package. Pack your merchandise with care and we strongly recommend that you insure your return and keep record of the tracking number in case your package is lost or misdelivered. Taravao cannot take responsibility for items lost in transit, wrongfully delivered or damaged due to improper packaging.
